It seems that the teen R&B stars of the ’90s have all decided that 2022 is their time to shine. Brandy and Usher each managed to creep back onto our screens last month with stellar performances. And so did Miss Thang herself Monica, who wowed with a Tiny Desk (Home) Concert performance of her own. She is ready to capitalize on that momentum by releasing her newest single “Friends.”
