International Superstar Wizkid Sets The *Mood* In His Latest Video — Watch Now!

Grammy-winning international superstar Wizkid releases the vibrant video for his electric single “Mood” featuring Buju via Starboy/Sony Music International/RCA Records –  single is from Wizkid’s critically acclaimed, Grammy-nominated album Made In Lagos: Deluxe Edition. The Kuukua Eshun-directed visual shows Wiz and Buju setting the mood while being surrounded by a collective group of beautiful women.

Wizkid has had an exceptional two years consistently releasing music while racking up accolades and achievements. Released October 2020, the original version of his Made in Lagos (MIL) album reached #1 on the Billboard World Albums chart, the longest charting album by a Nigerian artist for the new decade (2020) at 65 weeks and counting. The hit single “Essence” featuring Tems achieved RIAA-ceritfied Platinum status, performed it on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and was dubbed the “song of the summer” for 2021. The deluxe version of MIL, released in August 2021, contained new tracks such as “Essence” featuring Justin Bieber & Tems, which reached #9 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, #1 on Hot R&B Songs, #1 on Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, #3 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, #2 on both Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales charts. This year alone Wizkid is up for two Grammy nominations for “Best Global Music Performance” for “Essence” featuring Tems and “Best Global Music Album” for Made In Lagos: Deluxe Edition. He’s also nominated for two NAACP Image Awards for “Outstanding Music Video” (“Essence” featuring Tems) and “Outstanding International Song” (“Essence” featuring Tems & Justin Bieber). Recently, the Grammy Award winner embarked on his sold-out Made In Lagos North American tour, with special surprise guests such as Tems.
